Survey results you can defend.
Two tools, one PIN. The Survey Validator checks your questions before you send them. The Survey Analyzer reads the results when they come back, and tells you what you can safely say, what needs a caveat, and what a quick read of the totals would get wrong.
Both apps come with one PIN. There's no separate price for either: $49.99 USD opens both for six months.
Survey Validator
Paste your questions or drop in your survey file. It checks them against your goal and suggests fixes you approve one by one.
- Leading, loaded and agree-by-default wording
- Questions that ask two things at once
- Answer scales that don't fit the question
- Topics your goal needs but no question measures
- What each topic will support once you have answers
- A second AI model reviews every question independently
- A Word copy of the improved survey, with the decisions left to you explained
Survey Analyzer
Drop in your results spreadsheet. Every check runs at once, and the summary tells you what holds.
- Reads each answer scale on its own terms, never averaged together
- You decide who counts (rushed answers, say) before you see any results
- Shows when the questions shaped the answers, and how to report it
- Checks comments against the people who gave each rating
- Ask about the results in plain words, including what a sceptical manager would challenge
- A summary PDF, a written report and slides, each recording how the figures were made
One survey, start to finish
The two apps are built to hand off. The Validator already knows what the Analyzer will need, so the survey you send is one you can report on.
Already have results? Start at step 4. Use the Validator before your next survey.
What a quick read of the totals gets wrong
From our sample employee survey: 180 fictional employees at a made-up company. A spreadsheet, or your survey tool's own report, gives you the totals. The Analyzer tells you which of them you can stand behind.
145 of 180 were satisfied overall, asked on a balanced scale. The results hold whichever responses count.
Agreement is 67%, but one statement, “I often think about looking for a job elsewhere”, is worded the other way round: agreeing is the bad answer. Until it’s marked, that figure counts it backwards.
It reports one overall average, 4.05. Across questions with different answer scales, that number means nothing.
Every figure comes from calculation, not AI, and the record of how each was made goes with every download.

Your data
Every figure, chart and check is calculated in the app. Nothing goes to AI unless you click, and you're asked first.
The AI features get figures and summaries, not your data table. The one exception, having AI read comments, asks every time and takes out emails and phone numbers.
Your survey and response files aren't stored after your session: download what you need. The Validator keeps only the AI's per-question assessment, for 30 days, so re-checks score the same.
AI is provided by Anthropic, OpenAI and Google under their API terms. The apps run on a US-hosted service. Privacy statement ›
Questions
Do I need both apps?
No, but you get both: one PIN opens both apps, and neither is sold separately. Use either or both. Many people start with the Analyzer on results they already have, and use the Validator before the next survey.
When do my six months start?
The first time you sign in, not the day you pay, so buying ahead of a project costs you no time. Both apps show your end date and count down in the last 30 days.
Are there limits on how often I can check or re-check?
No. The only limits are your six months and the AI budget. How you use them is up to you.
How far does $12 of AI go?
In our own use, one Validator check costs about 35¢, and working a survey through several rounds of revisions about $1 to $4. A full Analyzer run with page readings, a written report and slides costs about 30 to 90¢. Each app shows how full the budget is.
What happens when the AI budget runs out?
Everything that doesn't use AI keeps working until your access ends. The AI features offer a top-up: $15 adds $10 of AI.
Can colleagues use my PIN?
Yes, a few colleagues can share it: they sign in with the same email and PIN. Everyone draws on the same AI budget and the same end date.
What survey files does it read?
The Analyzer reads Excel or CSV exports from Microsoft Forms, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey and most survey tools, one row per person. The Validator takes pasted questions, Word files, and Qualtrics .qsf, .csv or .xlsx files.
Does it replace a statistician?
No. It gives you the checks most teams skip, says plainly what the data can't tell you, and leaves the decisions to you.
Can I get a refund?
A new PIN is refundable within 30 days if nobody has signed in with it. Email [email protected].
How do I sign in?
With the email you bought your PIN with, and the PIN from your welcome email. Both apps use the same sign-in.
What if I lose my PIN?
Your PIN is stored only in a form we can't read back. Email [email protected]: we verify your purchase through Stripe and issue a replacement.
