Renew early, lose nothing

The AI budget

Everything that doesn't use AI is unlimited: every check, chart and figure in both apps. The AI features (the Validator's revisions and second opinion, the Analyzer's written reports, slides and answers) draw on one $12 budget for your six months.

In our own use, one Validator check costs about 35¢, and working a survey through several rounds of revisions about $1 to $4. A full Analyzer run with page readings, a written report and slides costs about 30 to 90¢. Each app shows how full the budget is.

Running low? A top-up adds $10 for $15. Renewing starts a fresh $12; unused budget doesn't carry over.

Same email, every time

Renewals and top-ups find your PIN by the email you bought it with. Use a different one and you'll get a new PIN instead of renewing (or, for a top-up, nothing to add it to: we'll refund it). The easiest way is the Renew or Top up link inside either app, which fills in your email for you.

Sharing with colleagues

A few colleagues can use the same PIN: they sign in with the email it was bought with and the PIN. Everyone shares the same AI budget and end date, so agree how you'll use it.

Before you buy

What happens after I pay?

Stripe sends a receipt straight away. Within minutes an email from validsurvey.app arrives with your PIN and links to both apps. A renewal or top-up sends a confirmation instead, and your PIN stays the same.

Can I get a refund?

A new PIN is refundable within 30 days if nobody has signed in with it. Email [email protected].

Is it a subscription?

No. Nothing renews by itself. You choose whether to renew when your six months end.

Are there any other limits?

No. Your six months and the AI budget are the only ones: no caps on surveys, re-checks or questions.

What we don't promise

Neither app can promise your survey produces better business results; nobody can honestly promise that. What they do promise is cleaner data, results you can defend, and a record of how you got there. The decisions you make from that data are still yours.
